Hemant & Nandita share a unique story that takes them back to their youth. They met at NIIFT Mohali and as days went by a beautiful friendship was formed. Soon, they became each others’ person. And for this power duo their friendship only marked the beginning of an incredible journey.

Like two pieces of perfectly cut cloth, their stories are stitched together to create something wonderful for every woman, irrespective of shape and size. Their story is seen in their designs, in their way of working and in what the brand stands for.

Hemant & Nandita is a brand that encapsulates feminism by broadening its designs and meeting current trends while remaining true to who they are. When you wear their design you’re, in a way, wearing a statement. A statement that changed the way Indian women defined comfortable clothing.

Founded by husband and wife duo, Kelly de Gaalon and Alexander Zhalezka, a Belarusian native, Gaâla is the meeting of two worlds – classic French aesthetic combined with the finest Belarusian craftsmanship.

Gaâla focuses on creating pieces that transcend time and trends: classic professional wear that never goes out of style, timeless dresses and jumpsuits that never need to be replaced.

Knowing and understanding the impact of their actions has led them to mindfully craft their designs using production leftovers, deadstock fabrics, and other low impact natural materials.

RARE AND FAIR

Launched in early 2015, Bower is an ethical & sustainable swim & resort wear brand. Influenced by Rupert & Fiona's childhood spent by the sea at Sydney’s Fairy Bower, We have tried to create a label that responds to a need for modern and beautifully constructed swimwear that retains functionality and ease of wear.

We design with a focus on the now with a nod to the past. Utilising luxury fabrics from established & ethical suppliers in Italy, France & Portugal partnered with complex construction & considered details.

Our swim is made for an Italian techno fabric produced from ECONYL regenerated yarn. Our clothing is made from responsibly sourced fabrics produced ethically. All our construction is done at ethically run & established factories in Italy & Portugal.

BOWER

NBD. She walks into a room and everyone notices. She exudes confidence and her energy is contagious. She never leaves home without her best accessory- her smile. Always clad in her favorite dress, nbd is for the BABE who makes her nights count. You’ll find this beauty front, center and everywhere- the newest restaurant, an art gallery opening, the must-go-to club and date nights with her bf- boyfriend or best friend. She’s the first to give a toast and the last to say goodnight. She lives her life to the fullest, one dress at a time. 

Canussa is a brand of vegan accessories and footwear made in Spain, who focuses on an ethical and vegan concept of fashion. They focus on 3 key aspects:

- Quality: materials that take the environment into account and are also consistent enough to ensure “the body” of the product.

– Design: a very versatile design that looks beyond trends. This means that you can use them for different occasions and also make them last longer.

– Production: Canussa products are produced locally (in Spain), working with local craftsmen and professionals who bring value and experience to the functionality of its accessories.

CANUSSA

Founded on Sydney’s northern beaches by Kelly Davies-Green in 2001, MAURIE + EVE was born from a great love story. The namesake brand honours Kelly’s late grandparents, and is built on the shared values of connection, authenticity and respect. 

It is at the core of all we aspire to be and a constant topic of conversation with our supply chain and of course, you - our valued community. The climate crisis is real and the impacts of fashion undeniable, and while this frightens us, it drives us harder towards the goal of becoming 100% sustainable. Late 2019 welcomed some important milestones for Maurie + Eve, we launched our very first eco-collection, Nature in Balance. We’ve also saved over 1,700 metric tonnes of plastic from landfill just by stocking exclusively online. But there’s more to be done and we don’t pretend to be perfect.

Olivia Rose The Label is a one-woman show. Every item is completely designed and handmade to order by Olivia in her studio in Edinburgh, UK.

At l u • c i e e, we are committed to produce in small batches outside seasonal trends, intentionally slowing down fashion and minimizing environmental impact. Production quantities are consumer-driven and fabric waste is negligible. Our production centers around fair livelihood opportunities for gifted artisans in Indonesia. Furthermore, we are planting trees to offset our carbon footprint with Healh in Harmony and allocate 5% of online sales to support young people and communities in Bali in partnerhship with EMpower - The Emerging Markets Foundation.

NOMI FAME stands for luxurious simplicity, exquisite quality and an idea of true femininity. Clothing line consists mostly of cocktail and evening wear. Fine quality of fabrics and classic, timeless design goes hand in hand with the idea that these garments were made to last a lifetime.

NIGHTSWIM

PatBO is a Brazilian brand that captures the vibrant energy of South America through it’s artfully hand-embroidered RTW and Swim Collections. 

Today, the richly detailed embroidery and bold prints that are a hallmark of the label is a perfect example of the brand’s commitment to both technical expertise and boundless imagination. Rather than outsourcing this, Patricia Bonaldi established a school in her hometown for the express purpose of teaching local women this special craft. Today, more than 200 local men and women are empowered by the skills they have acquired.

PATBO

The Amanda Uprichard brand begins with Amanda. Born and raised in Florida, Amanda moved to New York City with the goal of having a creative and exciting life in fashion. After attending Parsons School of Design, Amanda’s vision evolved as she drew inspiration from the fast-paced Manhattan lifestyle. Her namesake brand officially launched in 2008 – a luxe clothing line for women inspired by the independent, trendy woman on the go. Her use of intricate details, feminine silhouettes, and bold hues defines the brand for what is – a celebration of sexy, feminine, fun.

SUSTAINABILITY
Everyone is more aware of the environment including us. We are at the beginning of our efforts in discovering how to make our product more sustainable while still maintaining quality at a fair price. And most more importantly we want to be honest and give details when we make a sustainable claim, not just slap a label on. We are not naming any names...

Efforts made so far:
• Creating high-quality wearable fashion meant to be worn and cherished. We use silk, fine cotton, or high-quality polyester to produce quality fun that you will really wear. Choosing great fashion, not fast fashion meant for the landfill.
• From season to season, we don’t like to sell off our fabrics or discard our old. We use them again and re-interpret. We don’t like waste or unnecessary consumption.
• Utilize local production whenever we can. It reduces our carbon footprint and employs people where we live.
• Humane working conditions in our overseas factories and never using child labor.


AMANDA UPRICHARD

Founded in 2018 by Ohad Seroya and Aviad Klin, Retrofête is a womenswear collection marked by its bold character, intricate detail, and sparkling embellishments. The New York-based label, which takes its name from a melding of synonyms for ‘vintage’ and ‘party’, channels disco-era after-hours through tastefully provocative, day-and-night silhouettes.

A dose of nostalgia is engrained in every design, as the collection not only embodies the glamour and opulence of decades past but also reflects significant aspects from Seroya’s life. Many pieces from the collection echo those within his vintage archive including items he’s inherited from his mother’s closet.

Seroya and Klin seek to create pieces that are empowering and transformative in nature. Retrofête is for the woman who demands to be noticed. She doesn’t attend the party; she IS the party.

"After being a top-selling designer for a wholesale fashion company for 10 years producing a new collection every month, I know how wasteful, polluting, and unsustainable the fashion industry can be. In the age of fast fashion, we've lost that connection to the people behind the clothes we wear every day. So I set out to create a better alternative: producing beautiful slow fashion clothing made the way it should be, and designed to be worn not just for one season, but year after year so that you can look great while making a positive impact on the world. 

I want to rebuild that connection to the amazing artisans who handcraft our styles and an appreciation for the earth that provides the materials. I have sourced deadstock fabrics made from eco-friendly fibres from around the world, and work with the best artisans and ethical manufacturers to create long-lasting, high-quality clothes. Consumers are looking for brands like Paneros that are focused on sustainability without compromising great style, quality, and fit."

It is dedicated to the women who value craftsmen tailoring that emphasize the figure and like to experiment with the color and texture. Exceptional quality cut and precision finish, as well as carefully selected materials of the highest quality, are the core values behind the success of AGGI.

AGGI is adored by celebrities and often worn by actresses, entertainers and media personalities. Looking stunning and feeling comfortable is what the brand stands for.

AGGI is a brand made in Poland because we place great emphasis on sustainability and fair trade.
We use vegan leather and artificial wickets because the future of our planet is our priority.

In early 2012, Katie May Neu designed her younger sister's wedding gown. The gown was sexy and hugged Kristine's form with an entirely open back, which was unlike anything in the market at the time.

Katie May proudly posted an image of her sister in her Princeville wedding gown on her then style blog, which was pinned on Pinterest and quickly went viral. Within a couple of days, the image of Kristine in Katie May's Princeville gown had been pinned tens of thousands of times from brides-to-be desperate to wear this non-traditional backless gown.

Katie May was born.

Still based in Sydney, Australia - Shona Joy is powered by a close-knit team, led by Shona and grounded by a mutual love of designing for real women and creating dresses for celebrating life in. This year, we proudly celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Shona Joy brand.

Each collection embodies a neutral colour palette and natural fabrications that signify a clear Australian identity - always with a hint of our signature 70s bohemian glamour. In remaining true to the Shona Joy aesthetic, our collections don’t generally follow the trends of the season. We don't believe in disposable fashion, with a mission to design the pieces that will be treasured as part of your wardrobe forever - striving to create pieces that transcend any season, occasion, day or evening and look just as glamorous in heels or bare feet.

Founded in 2003, Baukjen is a family-run business that is determined to drive lasting positive change by becoming a leader in circular fashion through sustainable practices, recycling of garments and fabrics and giving back by donating to charities. We are a B Corp, balancing purpose with profit. Our clothes are designed for good.

Azulu is a family business currently run by a husband and wife team, Alex Srour and Maya Memovic. Its design, commercial and administrative headquarters are in Bogotá.

The entire research, development and production process is managed directly by the AZULU group to ensure the highest quality standards through strict and constant controls during each step.

AZULU sources its materials from all over the world and assembles its pieces in small, family run factories in Bogota, Colombia.

Hide The Label was born in London when siblings Shereen and Ryan Barrett realized that there needed to be a shift in thinking about the way that we design, the materials we select, and their impact on the environment. From experimenting with sewing machines to starting a design studio, their inherent creativity and successful fashion careers have inspired them to craft a brand that challenges the ongoing issues within ‘fast fashion’. A Globe trotter from Cannes (France), she has travelled around the world for months on her sailboat and fell madly in love with St Barth when she discovered it. Everybody on the island calls her by her childhood nickname, "Poupette" (petite doll). This is how the Poupette St Barth's adventure started.
